Class – NRA Basic Pistol Course/Florida Concealed Firearm Permit Program
Hafer’s Guns is happy to host the popular NRA Basic Handgun Class with instructor Tim Gargana. This course will also cover the required classroom materials and live fire range session to allow the student to apply for the Florida Concealed Firearm Permit. Florida requires the applicant submit fingerprints be obtained through a law enforcement agency. Students will be assisted in obtaining fingerprints at a law enforcement agency. How to maintain your skills
During the live fire range session the students will be under direct supervision of NRA certified instructors in a safe supervised range environment. The students will begin with the basics of safe firearm operations and build on the skills learned in the classroom session. The students will shoot a 25 to 50 round course of live fire with the instructors. Students may bring their own handgun for the live fire portion or arrangements can be made for instructor provided firearm. Arrangements can be made to also allow students to operate a variety of styles and calibers of handguns. 25 to 50 rounds of factory target ammo required.
